Product Description:
This thin porous Nickel/ceramic coated Nickel membrane is designed for micro- or ultra-filtraion of particulates > 20 nm over a broad range of concentrations, particluate matters (inorganic, organic,  micro-organism, virus), and temperatures (cold, hot) from gas or liquids. The membrane is made in the US.

Performance Attributes :

  • Stable in various organic solvents or oils in liquid filtration
  • Applicable to various gases in gas filtration, such as air, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, steam, oil vapor, or hydrocarbons
  • Stable at elevated temperatures
  • Can remove all bacteria and virus
  • Biofouling resistance
  • High permeance or flux
  • Cleanable for re-usage

Applications

  1. Water filtration: Remove micro-organisms, bacteria, viruses and particulates from process water, tapwater and seawater in one pass.
  2. Solvent filtration: Provide particulate-free solvent to equipment or process usage, such as, HPLC solvent elution, solvent cleaning system, etc.
  3. Solvent filtration: Recovery of nano- and micro-sized catalysts, adsorbents, or products from reacted solvents.
