Amazon Filters is pleased to offer two new housings for the filtration of corrosive chemicals. These are manufactured from PTFE so exhibit excellent compatibility with the widest range of fluids.
Amazon's 18 Series housings are available in two formats. One is manufactured from pure virgin PTFE, the other is manufactured from carbon filled PTFE. This option provides a housing that is conductive so helps avoid the build-up and discharge of static electricity. Therefore these products are particularly suited to production environments that contain potentially explosive atmospheres.
Both types of the 18 Series PTFE housings can be fitted with any of the filters from Amazon's extensive range of cartridges including filters manufactured with PTFE and Halar media.
