A green and orange probe combination designed to chromosome locations 1p32/ 1q25 for use in diagnosing multiple myeloma. The 1p:1q probe set hybridizes to the p and q arm of chromosome 1 in normal cells. In cases of deletion in 1p32 region, the green signal is lost and orange probe for 1q25 serves as a control for chromosome 1. 

Empire Genomics has developed a custom 1P1Q probe which can be used to detect/confirm a rearrangement of the 1p1q region. The probe comes labeled in orange and green, and generally ships within 24 hours. You can choose to customize the probe to meet your needs, which will ship right after production of the probe is complete (approximately 1 week).
