LT-100-80 Air Cooling Ultralow Temperature Circulating Pump for 100L Reactors
Use of LT-100-80:
1. The unit is mainly used to provide ultralow temperature circulating cooling liquid, and provide cold source for other equipments.
2. Large cooling capacity can meet low temperature reaction which releases large amount of heat.
3. The unit can be matched with 100L/50L/20L reactors to cool the liquid inside the kettle to below minus 80°C.

Features of LT-100-80:
1. Environmental friendly CFC-free refrigerants conform to EU and National standard GB/T7778-2008; and thermal insulation material conforms to GB8624-1997.
2. The unit adopts microcomputer control, and can start and stop automatically; temperature display adopts high light LED. It is equipped with pressure, electric leakage, overload and other protectors.
3. Main parts such as compressor, expansion valve adopt imported brands. Special circulating pump is low temperature resistant. There is no leakage, journal sticking under the low temperature condition.
4. The unit, stable and reliable, can provide process with cold source for longer than 24 hours continuously.

6. Evaporator is fully brazed plate heat exchanger, and heat exchange efficiency is high.
7. The type of air cooling can save water resource. The case is electrostatic powder coating spraying SPCC, good anti-corrosion.
