Product Description:

T-05S can be matched with following devices

2. Semiconductor laser equipment. Because of its special structure, semi conductor has higher requirements on water quality. This series of cold water machine has a unique water purification system, can filter solid particles, optional deionizer, dew point detection device, etc., more in line with the needs of the semiconductor laser.
3. Vacuum equipment. This kind of cold water machine also accord with the demand of high quality vacuum equipment, such as molecular pump, small vacuum coating machine, etc.
