BILON ® brand HL series is the most advanced Cooling & Heating integrated control device in China, the device is followed EU standards. It is widely used in Research Facilities, Universities, and QC &Production Departments in Enterprises in the fields of Petroleum, Chemical Industry, Electronic Instruments, Physical, Chemical, Biological Engineering, Medicine & Health, Life Science, Light Food, Physical Property Test and Chemical Analysis; to provide the user with a field source which is cooling & heating controlled, and has uniform constant temperature. It also can be used for the sample testing, the constant temperature testing for products. Or also can be used as direct heating or cooling source.
Main features:
1- Totally closed system-- the fluid cycle is hermetical, with an expansion tank to ensure no oil mist produced by high temperature. Maximally reduces the loss the high temperature silicone oil, so efficiently save the cost of use.
2- Hermetical tube system basically isolated the contact with oxygen, to reduce the oil oxidation, and it has a unique cooling function of oil mist.
3- High and low temperature circulating pump adopts the BILON hidden constant temperature method, temperature uniformity can reach to 0.2.
4-Use BILON temperature control system, large screen LCD display, and PID control mode so the temperature control accuracy is greatly improved. The microcomputer will automatically change working mode by cooling or heating, this function can simplify the procedures and protect the machine from accident injury.
5- Wide working temperature range of -25 to 300 Celsius.
6- Can quickly cooling down from high temperature, the maximum cooling speed can reach to 10Celsius / min.
7- Over-heating and alarm system.
8- Sensitive touch keys are convenient for operation, the drain outlet on the bottom is a humanized design, and makes the exhausting of waste liquid becomes easier.
9- Can match with 1L, 3L, and 5L dual glass reactor.
