Principle
RNA Purification Kit is a simple and efficient system for purification of RNA from cultured cells, tissue, human blood cells, bacteria, yeast and virus. Samples are lysed by Lysis Buffer, mix with ethanol and transfer to spin column, RNA to bind to the silica membrane while the lysate is spun through the column, take pure RNA through centrifugation, washing process under RNase free conditions.
The kit utilizes a silica-based membrane technology in the form of a convenient spin column, can isolate RNA in HCV, HIV, HTLV, for gene analysis or PCR applications including RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blotting and other RNA-based analyses. Eliminating the need for tedious cesium chloride gradients, alcohol precipitation or toxic phenol chloroform extractions. RNA molecules longer than 200 nucleotides can be isolated with the RNA Purification Kit in 15 minutes after the lysis step.
Storage conditions and shelf-life
The kit was dried at room temperature (15-25℃) for 12 months , at 2-8℃ for longer periods.
