dear sir ,we are using your product for the last four years with out any trouble we are a mineral water company and detect Na and K from flame photometer ,now the problem is that K is still measured but Na reading is not stable ,can you guide us if there is any trouble shooting or if there are some service procedures that we can perform at our own ,or if i could get the operational catalague
