It is a high-tech and joint-stocks company where the majority of the shares are under the control of the Center . Center for Biochemical Technology. It has the technical ability to support the bioreactors cultivating of technicians, craft, engineering, and equipment incorporate.
The director and also the famous expert in our countrys Biochemical field, Professor Zhangsiliang , has put forward the theories that the Ferment process is based on the related parameter analyzing and various dimensions theories, the technology of optimization and scaling up for fermentation process , which were caused by cellular metabolic flux examination and adjustment .These technologies have been applied in the Res&Pro of various new kinds of bioreactor( fermenter). Some researching products have won prizes and honors such as The second prize of the national Sci&Tech progress in 1997 and 2000. The first prize of Shanghai s Sci&Tech progress and those products has applied for three items of invention patents.
